Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- UG and Ph.D. holders may also apply, based on role relevance
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or analytical tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is preferred
- Knowledge of financial services, banking systems, or process mapping is a plus
