Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable backend features
Write efficient and clean code in NodeJS or Go
Coordinate with frontend developers, product managers, and data scientists
Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality
Debug and optimize existing code and system performance
Stay updated on backend and cybersecurity technologies
Contribute to internal documentation and process enhancements

Eligibility Criteria

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
Proficiency in at least one backend language: NodeJS or Go
Strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and web protocols
Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data modeling
Interest in cybersecurity and modern backend frameworks
Good analytical and communication skills
Strong team player with a desire to learn
