- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Eligibility Criteria
This internship is exclusively for MBA students with HR specialization. Here’s what you need to qualify:
- Must be currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Understanding of core HR concepts, particularly Recruitment and Onboarding
- Preference will be given to candidates who are residing in or around Nagpur
- Must be available for full-time in-office internship
Key Responsibilities
During the internship, you will:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Learn to handle job postings, CV shortlisting, interview coordination, and joining formalities
- Work on maintaining recruitment databases and updating candidate trackers
- Assist in drafting HR communications and organizing internal documentation
- Participate in campus hiring drives and other talent acquisition initiatives
- Gain exposure to real-time HR operations, tools, and processes

- This is a non-paid internship, but it offers valuable hands-on industry experience
- Letter of Recommendation (LOR) from college is mandatory for selection
