Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Candidates with relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) will have an added advantage
- Open to recent graduates as well as professionals with up to 3+ years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions
- Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives
- Create functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams
- Support project management activities including planning, testing, and implementation
- Assist in data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting to track KPIs and business performance
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL; knowledge of BI tools like Tableau/Power BI is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work in cross-functional global teams
- Eye for detail and a passion for process optimization
