Job Description

As an Associate Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Finastra’s financial solutions. You will interact with global clients to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent product issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and troubleshoot software issues reported by clients
Provide timely resolutions via phone, email, or remote access
Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base
Monitor and follow up on assigned cases to ensure closure
Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient support

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
Familiarity with SQL, Java, or scripting languages is a plus
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication in English
Ability to work in shifts if required
