Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Intern at Sprinto, you will:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates
- Help maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Contribute to employer branding activities and sourcing strategies
- Be involved in campus recruitment and remote hiring drives
