About the Role
As a Graduate Trainee at Calix, you’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team. You’ll contribute to enhancing the internal test automation frameworks that drive productivity and coverage across Calix’s cloud ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Build component-based, responsive UIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Work with designers and product teams to deliver user-friendly interfaces
- Integrate frontend components with APIs and backend systems like Salesforce and Commerce
- Perform cross-browser testing and ensure accessibility standards are met
- Implement analytics tracking and collaborate with data teams for validation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprints, and code reviews
- Document AEM components and authoring guidelines for reusability
Eligibility Criteria
- BE/BTech graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (2024/2025 pass-outs)
- Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design
- Exposure to React.js or similar frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with Git and CMS platforms (AEM, WordPress, Liferay, etc.) is a plus
- Good communication skills and a strong team player mindset
- Availability for full-time work during the internship period
