Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to guide decision-making

- Partner with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and marketing
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve eBay’s platform and operations
Required Skills
- Proficient in SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
