Who Can Apply?
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in operations, product support, data analysis, or similar roles

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational issues
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and support teams to resolve product-related challenges
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Create and manage documentation, workflows, and escalation processes
- Handle end-to-end product operations for new launches, updates, and feature enhancements
- Ensure seamless user experience through structured issue resolution and proactive monitoring
Skills Required
- Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets and basic knowledge of SQL
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup environment
- Prior experience in a product ops, customer success, or process optimization role is a plus
