Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, IT, or related field

Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, workflows, and process mapping
Knowledge of tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical platforms
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience can apply

Key Responsibilities

Support project teams in understanding business needs and defining system requirements
Perform data gathering, research, and analysis to help drive business outcomes
Document functional and non-functional requirements for process improvements
Work with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Assist in user training, testing, and implementation of solutions
Deliver insightful reports and presentations for clients and internal leadership
