Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields

Batch: 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 graduates may apply

Salary Package

Expected CTC: ₹6.5 LPA – ₹12 LPA
(Depending on experience, skills, and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
Participate in solution design and help test new features or systems
Create detailed business documentation, user stories, and functional specs
Support stakeholders through change management and training activities

Required Skills

Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Excel
Financial domain knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)
