Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications:

- Good academic background and/or relevant internship/project experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams for implementation of business solutions
- Identify process improvement opportunities using data-driven insights
- Prepare business cases, user stories, and wireframes when needed
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess outcomes
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or BI tools is preferred
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
